Install on Mac

Download the DMG from your account, open it, and drag Lucky Charm into Applications. Open the app, sign in with your verified purchase email, then activate this computer.

Install on Windows

Download the Windows installer from your account and follow its installation steps. Lucky Charm lives in the system tray. Sign in, activate, and choose your first charm.

Switch computers

Sign in on your new computer and choose “Move Lucky Charm to this computer”. Activation waits until the previous session closes, or its lease expires, for up to two minutes. Website sign-in does not use your desktop session.

If your charm pauses

Reconnect to the internet and retry from Account. Your photos, presets, and ritual progress are kept locally. A server outage can also pause access; you never need to buy again to reconnect.

Recover a purchase

Open My account, use the email entered at checkout, verify that address, and select Refresh purchase. If you used the wrong email at checkout, contact support with your receipt. Never send your password.
