Your purchase

One purchase includes Lucky Charm for Mac and Windows and all future Lucky Charm desktop features, charms, and updates. There is no subscription or additional charge for future desktop collections.

One active computer

Your account is for your personal use, with one active desktop session at a time. Internet connectivity is required. You may move your active session between computers. Your charm pauses if it cannot renew its session within two minutes. Do not share your account credentials.

Compatibility

The planned launch supports macOS 14 and later on Apple silicon and Intel, and Windows 11 x64. Check the download page for verified release requirements before buying. No mobile app is included in this desktop offer.

Refunds

You may request a refund within seven days of purchase by emailing kraftos.luckycharm@gmail.com with your receipt. An approved refund revokes paid access. This voluntary policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Your content

Use photos and artwork you have permission to use. Personal photo processing stays on your device. Charms are decorative and do not promise luck, protection, or other outcomes.

Service availability

Online activation depends on our service and network connectivity. Interruptions may pause access without deleting local settings or photos. Contact support for unresolved access problems.

Sales remain closed until the seller details, provider approval, and release checks are complete. These launch terms must be finalized with the seller’s legal identity before accepting payment.
