Japanese wind bell (fūrin) charm
A fūrin is a small glass wind bell hung under Japanese eaves in summer. A paper strip catches the breeze and rings the bell. The sound itself is meant to feel cooling.
Ours is teal glass with coral flowers and an ivory paper sail. Its paper tail makes it swing longer than most charms.
